All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Custom made and personalized items may not be returned and a re-stocking fee applies to certain specialty items where noted. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Defective and/or used items are covered by manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Please contact the manufacturer directly or ask one of our customer service agents to assist.
Should damage occur in shipment please report it to us immediately so that we may work with UPS/Fed to resolve the issue. Please retain all of the packaging materials for carrier return or inspection. We will repair or replace the damage. If replacement is not desired, our standard return policy applies, which may include a restocking fee as noted in the product return policy.
