Home Wishes has been in business since 2005 and sells a wide variety of indoor and outdoor home products. We carry quality products that improve or enhance your home and everyday living! We offer superior customer service and take pride in the products we offer.


Shipping

How quickly do you ship?

Check the ship time on the product page. If it says "Typically ships within: 1 Business Day" then the item will usually ship the the next business day. Otherwise, it will ship within the time stated. Most orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders take longer.  Please allow 6-10 business days from date of purchase for delivery. Shipping carriers may vary. Tracking information will be provided via email once an order has shipped. We are unable to ship to AFO, PFO, PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we do not ship internationally and do not accept any international payments. Payment processed that are identified and international will be returned.

 

Order Cancellation and Returns

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes, for most products you may cancel your order if it has not yet shipped.  Send an email to customerservice@homewishes.com or call 1-515-963-9630 and a customer service agent will take care of you.

Can I return an item?

We do accept returns on most items. Please see the "Additional Information" tab on the product page for specific return policies for each item. No returns are accepted for personalized or custom ordered products. For information on the returns process, read our Returns Policy.

 

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and US PayPal payments.

We do NOT accept any form of International payments, even if you have a US address, sorry. For credit card fraud protection, orders will be processed only if the billing address provided matches the billing address of the card.
